Funding and term dates
This table confirms the term period, funded period, and headcount day for each term.
You can claim FEEE for the number of weeks specified between the school term dates. These make up the 38 funded weeks in each financial year.

* Autumn 2024/2025 term has 15 actual term time weeks, however as there are only 38 funded weeks per financial year, on 14 weeks are funding. Please make parents aware that there will be an additional chargeable week if you are open the full term.
** Spring 2024/2025 term has 12 actual term time weeks, however as there are only 38 funded weeks per financial year, only 11 weeks are funding. Please make parents ware there will be an additional chargeable week if you are open the full term.
*** Summer 2025/2026 funded period does not cover 13 full weeks, however if you are open the last partial week of term, you are able to claim the full 13 weeks funding.
