We recognise that leaders and managers in early years settings are key to promoting and maintaining wellbeing as a universal entitlement for all. The most effective leaders place it at the heart of everything they do.
The resources on this page are to provide support and services to help leaders and managers with their own and their employees' wellbeing.
Wellbeing Charter
The Wellbeing Charter is aimed at schools and colleges and is a commitment to protect, promote and enhance wellbeing of all education employees including temporary and support staff.
You may find the wording in this charter useful for you setting as a tool to create and commit to wellbeing strategies.
