All Early Years providers must follow data protection law. Our team of friendly specialists at IGS can help you get to grips with the legal requirements.   

We offer a service to support all types of Early Years settings in meeting your data protection obligations.

Our support package will provide Early Years settings with two guidance booklets, one for managers and Committee Members, and one for staff. These booklets outline what data protection means and provides a basic set of policies and procedures that can be used within the setting to ensure compliance with the law. You will also be able to take advantage of our helpdesk to provide unlimited advice and guidance for a period of one year, ensuring you are fully supported.

Finally, you will be provided with a CPD accredited training video aimed specifically at Early Years settings called GDPR Basics for Early Years, suitable for all staff and committee members, which will give an overall awareness of what data protection is, and how you can comply.

We also offer our services on a pay as you go basis, including the training video which can be purchased separately. Full details of our services are detailed below. We also provide a wide range of training on other data protection topics. Please see our training page for more information.
