Autism Central's peer education programme is a peer to peer support programme that offers support to parents/carers and personal assistants of autistic children and people via:
- The Autism Central website which has a huge range of information and guidance which you can signpost parents and carers to
- Weekly online group sessions
- One to one support calls for more personal support
This is an all age, free service and children do not need to have a diagnosis to access the service.

Good beginnings course
A face to face course for parents and carers of children aged 5 or under, who have autism, whether diagnosed or not, or social communication needs.
This course covers:
- understanding autism
- communication
- play
- sensory processing
- behaviour is communication
- eating, sleeping and toileting
- managing anxiety
